* AT 426 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL...AND
  DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 8 MILES
  WEST OF HARRISBURG...OR 24 MILES NORTHWEST OF KIMBALL...AND MOVING
  EAST AT 30 MPH.
