  EAST CENTRAL LA SALLE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...
  SOUTHERN MCMULLEN COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...

* UNTIL 200 AM CDT

* AT 1055 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.     
  DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAINFALL.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING TO OCCUR.
  LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO RURAL AREAS
  OF EAST CENTRAL LA SALLE AND SOUTHERN MCMULLEN COUNTIES.

AREA.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE
UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS
