  MORROW COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO...

* UNTIL 300 PM EDT THURSDAY.

* AT 824 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE
  WARNED AREA. RADAR INDICATES AS MUCH AS THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN
  IN THE LAST HOUR. THIS AMOUNT OF EXCESSIVE RAINFALL CAN PRODUCE RAPID RUNOFF
  ESPECIALLY IN HILLY TERRAIN. THE RUNOFF CAN CONTINUE EVEN ONCE THE 
  RAIN HAS STOPPED. THOSE CAMPING NEAR OR TRAVELING OVER CREEKS...RIVERS...OR
  AREA STREAMS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR RAPIDLY RISING WATER.

MORROW COUNTY...WITH AROUND TWO INCHES OVER NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN 
PORTIONS. THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL PRODUCED A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF 
RUNOFF WHICH WILL FILL AREA CREEKS AND STREAMS. THE FLOOD THREAT IN 
THESE AREAS CONTINUES THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON EVEN THOUGH THE 
RAINFALL HAS ENDED.
