* AT 640 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
SEVERAL STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER CENTRAL NIAGARA COUNTY...WITH THE 
STRONGEST STORM NEAR LOCKPORT. THE STORMS ARE MOVING NORTH AT 25 MPH 
AND CONTAIN TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS AND WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH. 

THIS STORM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BECOME SEVERE WITH VERY LOCALIZED 
DAMAGING WINDS.
