  HEAVY RAIN.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR ALLEGANY PARK...AND MOVING
  EAST AT 30 MPH.

FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. MOVE
