ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CDT THIS MORNING. 

* EVENT...GUSTY SOUTHEAST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH.

* TIMING...STRONG SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MID-
  MORNING...BEFORE WEAKENING TO BELOW ADVISORY CRITERIA DURING THE
  AFTERNOON. 

* IMPACT...MOTORISTS OPERATING HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES...ESPECIALLY
  ALONG EAST TO WEST ORIENTED ROADS AND HIGHWAYS WILL HAVE
  INCREASED DIFFICULTY DRIVING IN THE WINDY CONDITIONS DURING THE
  OVERNIGHT HOURS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN SUSTAINED WINDS ARE FORECAST TO BE
30 TO 39 MPH AND OR FREQUENT GUSTS WILL RANGE BETWEEN 40 AND
57 MPH.
