WESTERN TOLLAND AND EASTERN HARTFORD COUNTIES...

AT 447 PM EDT...THE THREAT OF FLASH FLOODING IS GREATLY REDUCED NOW 
THAT THE LINE OF HEAVIEST RAINFALL HAS PASSED EAST OF EASTERN 
HARTFORD AND WESTERN TOLLAND COUNTIES. HOWEVER...LIGHT TO MODERATE 
RAIN WAS STILL FALLING IN THE WARNED AREA WHICH MAY CAUSE STREAMS TO 
CONTINUE TO RISE AND CAUSE ADDITIONAL PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS.
THE WARNING WILL LIKELY BE ALLOWED TO EXPIRE AT 545 PM.
