  ONLEY...OR 9 MILES NORTH OF EXMORE. DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THIS
  TORNADO MOVING NORTHWEST AT 20 MPH.

* THE TORNADO WILL AFFECT MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF CENTRAL ACCOMACK
