* AT 1129 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  WATERSPOUT THAT CAME ONSHORE. THIS DANGEROUS STORM WAS LOCATED 8 
MILES NORTH OF PARKSLEY...OR 11 MILES SOUTHEAST OF CRISFIELD.  THE 
TORNADIC STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH.
