* AT 235 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER SOUTH CENTRAL ACCOMACK    
  COUNTY. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL IS LIKELY WITH THIS STORM AS IT  
  SLOWLY DRIFTS SOUTHWEST OVER THE NEXT HOUR. TWO TO THREE INCHES OF
  RAINFALL HAS BEEN REPORTED ALONG RT 13 IN MELFA.
