* AT 723 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER NORTH CENTRAL SANDOVAL
  COUNTY...OR ABOUT 6 MILES WEST OF CUBA. THE STORM PRODUCING VERY
  HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY STATIONARY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
