BETWEEN 1 AND 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER THE AREA ABOUT 13 
MILES SOUTHEAST OF RACHEL AND NORTH OF STATE ROUTE 375. HEAVY 
RAINFALL HAD ENDED BUT RUNOFF WILL CONTINUE DOWN A WASH THAT CROSSES 
STATE ROUTE 375 NEAR MILE MARKER 28. THIS WILL LEAD TO FLASH 
FLOODING OF WASHES AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS IN THE VICINITY THROUGH 
AT LEAST 715 PM PDT.
