  VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER WEST CENTRAL CLARK 
  COUNTY...OR 14 MILES NORTH OF MT. CHARLESTON. THE STORM WAS NEARLY 
  STATIONARY.

* HEAVY RAIN FROM THIS STORM COULD FLOOD HIGHWAY 95 BETWEEN MILE 
  MARKERS 110 AND 115.
