HAZARDOUS WEATHER...
 * SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL GUST IN THE 40 TO 45 MPH RANGE
   THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS MUCH OF NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA ALONG
   AND NORTH OF HIGHWAY 412. WINDS WILL REMAIN GUSTY INTO THE
   EVENING HOURS...BUT GUST MAGNITUDES WILL DECREASE.

   HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
