RECENTLY DEVELOPED OFF THE HIGHER TERRAIN OVER CHAVES/DE BACA
COUNTIES AND FARTHER NORTH IN THE LEE OF THE SANGRE DE CRISTO RANGE.
WITH ROUGHLY 25KT OF DEEP LAYER SHEAR AND MODEST INSTABILITY...IT
APPEARS STEEP LAPSE RATE ENVIRONMENT WILL FAVOR ROBUST UPDRAFTS
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LOCALLY SEVERE WIND GUSTS AND PERHAPS HAIL IN
EXCESS OF ONE INCH.  WW MAY BE WARRANTED FOR THIS ACTIVITY IF IT
