* AT 349 PM MDT...PARK RANGERS IN CAPITOL REEF NATIONAL PARK REPORTED
  FLASH FLOODING DUE TO THUNDERSTORMS EAST OF THE PARK. 

* FLASH FLOODING IS OCCURRING ALONG SULPHUR CREEK AND THE FREMONT
  RIVER. RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT THESE 
  WATERWAYS THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING.

AT 533 PM MDT...LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN CONTINUES IN AND AROUND 
CAPITOL REEF NATIONAL PARK. THIS WILL ADD TO THE RUNOFF FROM EARLIER 
HEAVY RAIN THAT PRODUCED FLASH FLOODING IN SULPHUR CREEK AND THE 
FREMONT RIVER. RIVERS AND STREAMS NEAR HIGHWAY 24 IN CAPITOL REEF 
NATIONAL PARK WILL CONTINUE TO RUN HIGH THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING.
