  HEAVY RAIN FROM THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WARNED AREA. THIS RAIN WILL 
  LIKELY PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING ALONG WAHWEAP CREEK.

DOWN THE WASH THROUGH THE TOWN OF BIG WATER AND INTO LAKE POWELL.

RAINS HAS DIMINISHED GREATLY. FLOWS IN THE WAHWEAP CREEK WILL 
DIMINISH AS IT CONTINUES TO DRAIN INTO LAKE POWELL. 

THEREFORE... THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO EXPIRE.
