HEAVY RAIN FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE NORTHERN PORTION OF CAPITOL 
REEF NATIONAL PARK...SPECIFICALLY SULFUR AND DEEP CREEK DRAINAGES.

* THE STORM PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING WILL OTHERWISE REMAIN OVER

WESTERN WAYNE COUNTY...

AT 553 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES 
THAT THE HEAVY RAIN HAS DISSIPATED OVER THE WARNED AREA. 

HOWEVER...THE EXCESSIVE RAINFALL THAT OCCURRED IN THE FLASH FLOOD 
PRONE AREAS WILL TAKE ANOTHER 1 TO 2 HOURS TO EMPTY INTO THE FREMONT 
RIVER...AT WHICH POINT FLASH FLOODING WILL NO LONGER BE A CONCERN.
