HEAVY RAIN FROM THUNDERSTORMS FALLING OVER THE WESTERN SECTION OF
CAPITOL REEF NATIONAL PARK NEAR SR 24.
* THIS AREA OF CAPITOL REEF HAS EXPERIENCED MANY FLASH FLOODS THIS
