  DALLAS COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI...

* UNTIL 1000 AM CDT.

* AT 703 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE      
  WARNED AREA. PORTIONS OF NORTHERN DALLAS COUNTY HAVE SEEN MORE     
  THAN 2 INCHES OF RAIN IN THE LAST HOUR...WITH ADDITIONAL HEAVY     
  RAIN POSSIBLE EARLY THIS MORNING. 
 
* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. CREEKS...STREAMS AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS WILL BE ESPECIALLY
