  NORTHEASTERN WASHINGTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OHIO...

* UNTIL 515 PM EDT

* AT 403 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DESTRUCTIVE WINDS IN
  EXCESS OF 70 MPH.  THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 7 MILES SOUTH OF LOWER
  SALEM...OR NEAR MARIETTA...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 70 MPH.

* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL OTHERWISE REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL
  AREAS OF THE INDICATED COUNTY..
