  SOUTHERN GALLIA COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OHIO...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF RIO GRANDE...
  LAWRENCE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OHIO...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...LAKE VESUVIUS...IRONTON...

* UNTIL 915 AM EDT

* AT 604 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
  THAT STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL AFFECT THE
  WARNED AREA BETWEEN 645 AM AND 745 AM....FOLLOWED BY A PERIOD OF
  MODERATE RAIN. NEW RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF BETWEEN ONE HALF INCH AND
  ONE INCH PER HOUR ARE LIKELY...AND WHEN COMBINED WITH RECENT
  HEAVY RAINS...WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND OTHER LOW
LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
