PHILADELPHIA. THIS AREA WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH AND WILL
IMPACT MANY PORTIONS OF SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA AND SOUTHERN AND
CENTRAL NEW JERSEY THROUGH 1230 AM. BRIEF HEAVY RAIN IS LIKELY.
THERE MAY BE A FEW LIGHTNING STRIKES AND A RUMBLE OF THUNDER CAN NOT
BE RULED OUT.
