ELKTON TO 12 MILES NORTHWEST OF CENTERVILLE TO 12 MILES WEST OF
GEORGETOWN...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH. THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE
NEAR PORT DEPOSIT...WOODLAWN AROUND 945 PM...PERRYVILLE...CHARLESTOWN
AROUND 1000 PM...AGNER...CHESTERTOWN AROUND 1015 PM...STARKEY
CORNER...HOLLYWOOD BEACH AROUND 1030 PM...FEDERALSBURG AND CECILTON
AROUND 1045 PM.

VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THESE STORMS...AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO
POND ON ROADWAYS, POOR DRAINAGE LOCATIONS AND QUICKLY FILL ROADSIDE 
DITCHES AND SMALL STREAMS.

WIND GUSTS TO 30 TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGEST STORMS.

THERE IS CONSIDERABLE CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING WITH THESE STORMS.
