STRONG THUNDERSTORM 20 MILES WEST OF EASTON...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.
THE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR TILGHMAN ISLAND...TALBOT BY 300
PM...ST. MICHAELS BY 315 PM...OXFORD AROUND 330 PM...EASTON
AROUND 345 PM...TRAPPE AND HAMBLETON AROUND 400 PM.

VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL FALL FROM THIS STORM...AND WILL CAUSE WATER TO
POND ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL ROADSIDE DITCHES AND SMALL STREAMS.
