   RAINFALL WILL AFFECT BERKS...LEHIGH...NORTHAMPTON...CARBON AND    
   MONROE COUNTIES THROUGH THE LATE AFTERNOON HOURS...

AT 336 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN 
AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL 32 MILES 
SOUTHWEST OF WILKES-BARRE...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. THESE SHOWERS AND 
THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE INTO WESTERN CARBON AND WESTERN BERKS COUNTY 
BEFORE 5 PM...BEFORE CONTINUING SOUTHEASTWARD INTO THE LEHIGH VALLEY 
BY 6 PM.

WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH AND SMALL HAIL ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE SHOWERS 
AND THUNDERSTORMS...ALONG WITH CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND HEAVY
