...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT KENT COUNTY...

AT 346 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
STRONG THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF DOVER...MOVING NORTH AT 10 
MPH. THIS STORM CONTINUES TO BUILD TO THE NORTH AND NORTHWEST JUST 
EAST OF A SEA AND BAY BREEZE BOUNDARY. 

CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM, THEREFORE 
SEEK SHELTER INDOORS UNTIL THE STORM PASSES. ALSO, DO NOT SEEK 
SHELTER UNDER TREES WHEN LIGHTNING THREATENS, MOVE INDOORS WHEN A 
THUNDERSTORM APPROACHES.

LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO OCCUR WITH THIS STORM, WHICH MAY 
CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL ROADSIDE DITCHES. 
ALSO, LOCALLY GUSTY WINDS UP TO 35 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.
