LARGE AREA OF RAIN WITH SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHERN AND
CENTRAL NEW JERSEY MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH. 

VERY HEAVY RAIN, POSSIBLY AN INCH OR MORE, COULD FALL FROM THESE 
STORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE WATER TO POND ON ROADS AND QUICKLY FILL 
ROADSIDE DITCHES AND SMALL STREAMS. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR
THESE CONDITIONS AND, IF ENCOUNTERED, SLOW DOWN.

GUSTY WINDS AND SMALL HAIL ARE POSSIBLE, ALONG WITH DANGEROUS CLOUD
