  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS THE SAME 
  AREAS OF BURLINGTON COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR STORM TOTAL ESTIMATES    
  ARE EXCEEDING THREE INCHES WITH AN ADDITIONAL INCH OR TWO OF RAIN
