* AT 1133 AM EDT...THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO FORM    
  AND MOVE OVER THE REGION. DOPPLER RADAR STORM TOTAL ESTIMATES ARE 
  NEARING TWO AND A HALF INCHES AND ANOTHER INCH OF RAIN IS LIKELY 
  INTO EARLY AFTERNOON.
