* TIMING...HIGH TIDE OCCURS IN THE RARITAN BAY AND ALONG THE OCEAN
  FRONT FROM 730 AM TO 930 AM. HIGH TIDE IN THE BACK BAYS AND IN
  THE LOWER DELAWARE BAY OCCURS LATER THAN THE HIGH TIDE ON THE
  OCEANFRONT.

* IMPACTS...THE MOST SUSCEPTIBLE LOCATIONS COULD SEE SOME SPOTTY
  MINOR TIDAL FLOODING AROUND THE TIME OF HIGH TIDE.
