* FLOOD WARNING FOR SMALL STREAMS IN...
  CARBON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA...

* UNTIL 600 PM EDT

* AT 154 PM EDT RADAR INDICATED THAT AROUND 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS 
FALLEN OVER THE PAST 2 HOURS...AND MODERATE RAIN IS STILL FALLING 
OVER THE AREA. 

* THE HEAVIEST RAINS APPEAR TO HAVE FALLEN IN THE VICINITY OF 
TOBYHANNA CREEK AND FOURTH RUN IN THE FAR NORTHERN PORTION OF THE 
CARBON COUNTY.

A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN REPORTED.
STREAM RISES WILL BE SLOW AND FLASH FLOODING IS NOT EXPECTED.

DEEPER THAN THEY APPEAR. JUST ONE FOOT OF FLOWING WATER IS POWERFUL
ENOUGH TO SWEEP VEHICLES OFF THE ROAD. WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED
ROADS MAKE THE SMART CHOICE...TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN.
