  FROM HEAVY RAIN EARLIER THIS EVENING.  THE WHEELING CREEK AND
  MCHAHON CREEK HAVE EXCEEDED THEIR BANKS AND SEVERE FLOODING WAS
  REPORTED IN NEFFS..BROOKSIDE...LANSING...ST. CLAIRSVILLE...MARTINS
  FERRY AND WOLFHURST.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND
