FLASH FLOODING FROM AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS 9 MILES 
SOUTH OF UNIONVILLE...MOVING NORTH AT 15 MPH. THE WARNED AREA 
ALREADY HAS RECEIVED ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL EARLIER...AND AN 
ADDITIONAL INCH OR TWO IS EXPECTED AS THIS AREA OF HEAVY RAIN SLOWLY
