  SOUTHERN NEW HAVEN COUNTY IN SOUTHERN CONNECTICUT...

* UNTIL 1145 PM EDT...

* AT 1045 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  MAXIMUM HOURLY RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO 2.5 INCHES PER HOUR THAT 
  WILL CAUSE SIGNIFICANT FLASH FLOODING. THE HEAVIEST RAIN WILL FALL 
  ACROSS MILFORD UNTIL 1115 PM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
