  SOUTHOLD TO RIVERHEAD TO 12 MILES SOUTHWEST OF MASTIC BEACH...OR
  ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM SOUTHOLD TO RIVERHEAD TO 8 MILES SOUTH
  OF PATCHOGUE...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
