* AT 827 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS
  STORM WAS LOCATED 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF DOVER...AND MOVING NORTHEAST
  AT 45 MPH.
