* AT 156 AM CST...HEAVY RAINFALL WAS OCCURRING ACROSS GILES COUNTY WITH 
  MORE RAIN TO FOLLOW IN THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. RUNOFF FROM THE RAIN
  WILL QUICKLY FILL CREEKS AND STREAMS.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO MINOR
