THUNDERSTORM NEAR MILBANK...SOUTH DAKOTA MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH. 
THIS STORM PRODUCED WIND GUSTS AROUND 50 MPH IN NORTHEAST SOUTH 
DAKOTA...BUT THE STORM SHOULD WEAKEN SOMEWHAT AS IT MOVES INTO WEST 
CENTRAL MINNESOTA.
