THROUGH 415 PM CDT...

AT 318 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR WAS TRACKING A CLUSTER OF 
STRONG THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING FROM ELK MOUND TO 4 MILES WEST OF 
FOSTER. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
