  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. DOPPLER
  RADAR ESTIMATED ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL SINCE 5 AM. AN 
  ADDITIONAL ONE HALF TO ONE INCH OF RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE THROUGH 7 
  AM. IF CONDITIONS WARRANT...A FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL BE ISSUED
