* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: THE SUMMER LAKE AREA...PARTICULARLY HIGHWAY
  31 IN AND NEAR THE TOWN OF SUMMER LAKE...AS WELL AS HIGHWAY 140
  EAST OF LAKEVIEW AT AND AROUND DOUGHERTY SLIDE.

* IMPACTS...THESE GUSTY WINDS WILL AFFECT MOTORISTS...ESPECIALLY
