* HUMIDITY...RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL AVERAGE BETWEEN 20 TO
  25 PERCENT.

* 10 HOUR FUEL MOISTURE...BETWEEN 7 TO 10 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
