* AT 338 AM CDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTER IN TUPELO REPORTED 2 
INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS OCCURRED IN THE PAST 45 MINUTES. SHOWERS AND 
THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN OVER 
THE NEXT 2 HOURS.
