* IMPACTS...HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES WILL HAVE DIFFICULTY TRAVELING
  THROUGH THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS. LIGHT AIRCRAFT CAN EXPECT SEVERE
  TURBULENCE AND SHOULD AVOID FLYING NEAR THE MOUNTAINS.
