* IMPACTS...MOTORISTS DRIVING HIGH PROFILE AND LIGHT WEIGHT 
  VEHICLES MAY EXPERIENCE CONSIDERABLE DIFFICULTY.  MOTORISTS MAY 
  WANT TO CONSIDER ALTERNATE ROUTES.  MOUNTAINS WAVES NEAR THE 
  MOUNTAINS WILL BE HAZARDOUS TO LOW FLYING AIRCRAFT.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST TO WEST WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS NEAR
  65 MPH.
