GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS THIS MORNING WHERE SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 35 TO 45
MPH HAVE OCCURRED IN ADDITION TO GUSTS NEAR 65 MPH. EXPECT THESE
STRONGER WINDS TO PERSIST THROUGH THE DAY BEFORE SUBSIDING AROUND

  VEHICLES MAY EXPERIENCE CONSIDERABLE DIFFICULTY.  MOTORISTS MAY 
  WANT TO CONSIDER ALTERNATE ROUTES.  MOUNTAINS WAVES NEAR THE 
  MOUNTAINS WILL BE HAZARDOUS TO LOW FLYING AIRCRAFT. 

* WINDS...35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS NEAR 65 MPH.
