* WINDS...WEST 35 TO 45 MPH...WITH A FEW GUSTS TO 65 MPH. 

* IMPACTS...HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES TRAVELING THROUGH THE MOUNTAINS
  SHOULD USE CAUTION AND REMAIN ALERT FOR HAZARDOUS DRIVING
  CONDITIONS. AVIATION INTERESTS MAY EXPERIENCE LOCALIZED BUT
  EXTREME TURBULENCE...OR STRONG DOWNWARD AIRFLOWS...IF FLYING IN
  THE VICINITY OF THE GUADALUPE AND DAVIS MOUNTAINS.
