.AS THE UPPER TROUGH MOVES ACROSS NEW MEXICO... WIND SPEEDS ACROSS
THE REGION HAVE DECREASED.  ALL LOCATIONS HAVE FALLEN BELOW HIGH 
WIND WARNING EXCEPT FOR THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS.  SUSTAINED WINDS
OF 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS UNTIL

* WINDS: WEST WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH.

* IMPACTS: HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES SHOULD AVOID TRAVELING THROUGH
           THE GUADALUPE PASS.
