ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM CST THIS AFTERNOON. 

* TIMING: STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS WILL SPREAD SOUTH FROM THE FAR
  SOUTHWEST TEXAS PANHANDLE THROUGH THE WESTERN SOUTH PLAINS
  THROUGH LATE AFTERNOON.	

* WINDS: WINDS OF 3O TO 35 WITH OCCASIONAL GUSTS AS HIGH AS 50 MPH.

* IMPACTS: HIGH-PROFILE VEHICLES ON EAST TO WEST ROADS WILL BE
  SUSCEPTIBLE TO THESE HIGH WINDS. BLOWING DUST WILL ALSO DEVELOP
  PRIMARILY NEAR EXPOSED FIELDS OR CONSTRUCTION SITES.
